Husky Hockey Frozen Four Viewing Parties Announced

St. Cloud, Minn. -- For the first time in school history the St. Cloud State University hockey team is headed to the Frozen Four, the NCAA National Championship of men's ice hockey, and area fans are invited to attend several viewing parties to cheer on the Huskies.
The Frozen Four semifinal game between St. Cloud State and Quinnipiac will be played on Thursday, April 11 at 7 p.m. and will be aired live on ESPN 2. The winner will advance to the championship game of the Frozen Four on Saturday, April 13 at 6 p.m.
St. Cloud State University will host a student viewing party sponsored by Bernick's Beverages on campus at the Atwood Center.
Several area restaurants will hold parties including the House of Pizza in St. Cloud and Sartell, Brothers Bar and Grill, Buffalo Wild Wings, Green Mill, Old Chicago and the Blue Line Sports Bar and Grill in St. Cloud and Sartell.
Those in the Twin Cities can join fellow Husky alumni and friends at Bunny's Bar & Grill in St. Louis Park (5916 Excelsior Blvd., St. Louis Park).
Husky fans will be eligible for great prizes and giveaways at each of the viewing parties.
To kick the week off, a Pep Rally will be held Tuesday morning, April 9 at 9:45 on the Atwood Mall. The public is invited to attend this event and give the Husky Hockey team a rousing send-off to the NCAA Frozen Four. The Husky Hockey team, Husky Sports Band, Cheer Team, Blizzard and SCSU officials will be present.
