SCSU Donation Request Procedures & Policies
The following is a list of policies and procedures for Donation Requests from St. Cloud State University Athletics. A link to a downloadable request form (PDF format) is also listed below. GO HUSKIES!

- Donation form must be completed and approved by Director of Compliance
- Item to be autographed must be provided by requesting party
- If autographed item is for an individual gift or keepsake, a donation of $25 must be made to the SCSU Foundation Athletic Scholarship Fund
- If the item will be provided for an auction, SCSU Athletics will provide the requesting party with a certificate that will be redeemed by the winning bidder for the autograph. Item can be personalized if requested.
Additional Items
- Donation form must be completed and approved by Director of Compliance
- Items that are requested outside of autographs and tickets listed above will be handled on a case by case basis.
- Requests for any items to be mailed from SCSU Athletics must be accompanied by self-addressed and prepaid envelope.
- Please allow 4-6 weeks for all donation requests.
