"BEAT KATO" shirts to help support Make-A-Wish Foundation

St. Cloud State University fans can get into the spirit of Celebrate St. Cloud State! week by purchasing a "Beat Kato" shirt, which will also help support the Make-A-Wish Foundation.  Fans can wear these shirts to show their school pride during the SCSU football game against league rival MInnesota State Mankato on Saturday, Sept. 17 at Husky Stadium.
This "red out" football game is slated to kick-off at 3:00 p.m. and all fans are encouraged to wear red to support the Huskies in this important Northern Sun Intercollegiate Confererence game. Â The coveted "Travelling Training Kit" will also be on the line in this battle between longtime rivals SCSU and MSU.
The "Beat Kato" shirts are available this week during business hours in the SCSU Athletic Office (in Halenbeck Hall) and they will also be available for sale at the game on Sept. 17. Â The cost for the shirt is $10. Â These red t-shirts have the phrase "Beat Kato" on the front and #HuskyNation on the back.
The shirt sales are an initiative by the St. Cloud State University Student Athlete Advisory Council and all proceeds will help benefit the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
Tickets for the SCSU-MSU football game are available online at www.scsutickets.com or you can also purchase tickets at the gate on game day. Â All SCSU students with a valid SCSU student ID card will be admitted FREE to this game.
