SCSU Student Athlete Advisory Council Giving Tree to help those in need

The St. Cloud State University Student Athlete Advisory Council (SAAC) will sponsor The Giving Tree event at the upcoming SCSU men's and women's basketball games in Halenbeck Hall on Dec. 4-5.Â
St. Cloud State's SAAC group has a tree set up in the southeast corner of the gym - at the end of the Hall of Fame. Â On that tree are different ornaments and each ornament has an age of a boy or a girl.Â
If you choose an ornament, SAAC asks that you purchase a toy for that specific individual, wrap it and returned to the SCSU Athletic Office in Halenbeck Hall Room 329. Â Gifts should be delivered to the Athletic Office by December 22nd.Â
The SCSU women's and men's basketball games against Bemidji State on Dec. 4 will begin at 6 p.m. and the games on Dec. 5 vs. Minnesota Crookston will begin at 4 p.m. in Halenbeck Hall. Â Tickets for these games are available at the gate. Â All SCSU students with a valid SCSU student ID card will be admitted FREE to these home games!
